Dear Colleagues:

After an extended hiatus, I am very pleased to offer a new edition of www.IELeaders.net.  This edition features a guest article by Dr. Scott Blair on “The Greening of Comprehensive Internationalization Part I.”

This topic should be of interest - and a challenge - to all SIOs , especially in light of the voices that claim that global sustainability issues are some kind of “hoax.”

Part II will appear soon and offer more specific initiatives to help international educators lead their institutions on these issues.

Special note:  IELeaders is interested in publishing guest thought pieces (approx. 500-1000 words long), including those that are not fully worked out.  The articles should focus on challenges to international educators in the US or more globally.  Please send your pieces to info@ieleaders.net.
