Dear all,

I am very pleased to share a position announcement for a Program Director in my office (the Office of International Science and Engineering, OISE) at the National Science Foundation (NSF). This position is for a rotator on an Intergovernmental Personnel Act assignment (e.g. from institution of higher ed, state/local/Indian tribal government). I am a rotator who moved from my SIO role at Oregon State University to NSF to become Head of OISE since February 2021. This is an especially exciting time to join NSF"s OISE as we seek to expand collaborations between US STEM researchers and foreign counterparts, and design our international programs accordingly. Please feel free to contact me (kvsharp@nsf.gov) or Anne Emig (aemig@nsf.gov) with questions, and also to forward this email to faculty or faculty listservs as appropriate.

This Program Director (PD) focuses on administering international programs and providing data analytics. Also contributes to our science diplomacy work. #scipol #scidip https://beta.nsf.gov/careers/openings/oise/oise-2021-5615
